Procedure

  • Client send project description to LionKing DP project management
  • Client staff provide us with project materials (plans, elevations, materials, or sketches)
  • Proposal sent within 24 hours
  • Email sent by client approving Statement of Work as well as deposit payment
  • Project Manager dedicated to Client Project.
  • Interior/Exterior renderings; 3D Floor Plans finished within 5-10 business days. 5 free previews will send to client by email for approval during the process.
  • Color Floor plans / Elevations finished within 5 business days. 3 free previews will send to client by email for approval during the process.
  • Animations (based on 30 seconds) take approximately 10-20 business days. Previews in working stage will send to client by ftp for approval during the process.
  • Pre-final renderings provided (Preview05) for Final approval prior to Final Delivery
  • Bill for Payment once final approval via email
  • Final files send to client by email
  • Confirm the full payment
  • No new projects will be started if outstanding balance reaches 30 days old
